submit your covering letter, resume, Criminal Background Check with
Vulnerable Sector Screening, and three references (2 of which must be

Written
authorization to contact references is to be included with the application
in accordance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy
Act. In addition, please include any relevant supporting documentation
(i.e. practice teacher reports, current copies of the OCT Certificate
of Registration and Certificate of Qualification). Teaching applications
will be kept on file for 6 months. We thank all applicants, however,
only those selected for an interview will be contacted. At the present
time, the Board does not have a standard application form.
