Student and Family Support Office Process
Before reaching out to the Support Office, we encourage you to contact your child’s school first with any questions or concerns.
Many concerns can be addressed by speaking directly with your child’s classroom teacher, vice-principal, principal, or superintendent.
Addressing concerns at the school level is often the quickest and most effective way to find a resolution.
Whether it’s a classroom or school-wide issue, the chart below outlines the best first step.
