It is our mission to develop, promote, and sustain a high standard of safety awareness and to reduce the incident of work related diseases and injury by bringing employer and employees together in a cooperative effort. We are committee to reducing injuries, setting measurable objectives, monitoring safety performance and ensuring compliance. We recognize that a safe working and learning environment is beneficial to both employee and student performance and we are dedicated to successfully achieving just that.

Health & Safety Incident Reporting
Effective September 3, 2019, the Rainy River District School Board has implemented the eBase Online Incident Reporting Program. This program is to be used to submit Employee Accident/Incident/Near-Miss reports and Safe Schools Incident Reporting Forms.

Hard copies of the Employee Accident/Incident/Near-Miss Reports and Safe Schools Incident Reporting Forms will remain available for completion in the event the online program is not available (ie. internet access, invalid login credentials, etc.). Hard copies of the incident reporting forms are available at your work location's Main Office, in the FirstClass "Forms" folder, and in the "Forms" section of the Board website.
