This is a Pathways planning resource, which will assist students in making choices for their future.

What does this involve?
This involves Kindergarten to Grade 12 students involved in planning their education and career/life path to help them achieve their personal goals and become competent, successful and contributing members of society.
The Individual Pathways Plan
- Visit our 7-12 Pathways Planning site
- For students Grades 7 – 12
- Students will develop their IPP on Career Cruising
- Contains evidence of a student’s learning in education and career/life planning
- Compiled by the student with support from the teacher and parents/guardians
- Is the primary planning tool that students use as they proceed through school towards their initial post-secondary destination
- Reviewed and revised twice yearly
