  •  Leads and supports the design and delivery of effective Experiential Learning opportunities for K-12 learners across all
     grades, subjects and programs.
  •  Engages elementary and secondary students, parents, and educators to raise awareness of the skilled trades,
      apprenticeship, and the Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Program (OYAP);
  •  Supports students in skilled trades co-op placements with training, equipment, and the transition to post-secondary
      apprenticeship; 
  •  Works with students, parents, educators, and program leads to deepen and broaden the implementation of education
      and career/life planning programs, with an increased focus on grades 7 to 12,
  •  Engages community partners, employers, industry leaders, and other organizations in support of Experiential Learning
      and OYAP.

 •  Through collaborative support in assessing, co-planning and co-teaching, the goal is to reinforce what students know
      and are learning as well as to close any gaps that there might be.
  •  Using research based, best practices, students and educators are provided with ideas, support, resources and tools to
      promote student learning. 
  •  Lessons which focus on personal learning goals are planned and implemented collaboratively.  Each lesson provides
      equitable instruction for ALL students.
  •  Support is provided for teachers and students for virtual/remote learning.
