The Business Office develops and implements a system-wide financial plan and provides leadership to ensure the effective and efficient utilization of all Board resources. Business office employees prepare the annual budget and financial statements, as well as the general legislative grants and estimates, and are responsible for the areas of payroll, purchasing, payables, receivables, employee dispatch, community use of schools and facility partnerships and privacy information management.
