You must screen for COVID-19 symptoms every day before going to school. Answer the following questions to help you decide if you should or should not go to school today. You can fill this out on behalf of a student.
As of October 1, 2020, the Ministry of Health guidelines have changed regarding the type and number of symptoms needed for a child to stay home for a period of time and seek medical advice. The changes are based on public health advice on the common symptoms presented in COVID-19 cases in children.
