  • Coping with day to day stress in healthy ways like talking to someone you trust, doing something enjoyable, or challenging unhelpful and untrue thoughts
  • Taking good care of your emotional, physical and mental needs
  • Having an optimistic or balanced outlook on life
  • Finding balance between your home, school/work, social, and personal life
